On Thursday 25 and Friday 26 June, the Lancashire Science Festival will be welcoming hundreds of primary school (KS2) children from across the region.
School bookings go live on Wednesday 11 March at 4.00 pm.
Please note that you’ll only be able to book up to a maximum of 80 visitors (including staff and students).
To ensure that as many schools as possible get to experience the festival, we only allow schools to book on either Thursday OR Friday of the festival.
Once you’ve completed your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite followed by further information from the Festival Team within a couple of weeks.
We would also like to draw your attention to the educational aims of the Lancashire Science Festival:
Spark excitement and curiosity for Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM); emphasise fun and creativity to encourage a desire to learn more
Provide engaging ways to learn more about STEM topics and uncover the science in the world around us
Highlight the variety of ways in which an interest in STEM can be used in future pathways and careers
