Public Programme

Lancashire Science Festival is back with a bang and this year’s public programme is set to be bigger and better than ever before!

Join us for our Family Day on Saturday 29 June to enjoy a spectacular showcase of the wonders of science, technology, engineering, mathematics and more. Our action-packed programme is taking place on the University of Central Lancashire’s Preston Campus between 9.00am and 5.00pm. We are pleased to announce that our public programme remains free of charge and open to all. Check out some of our amazing shows, workshops and drop-in sessions. Once again we will be running a first-come-first-served queuing system for our live shows. However, you have the option of pre-booking tickets for our workshops at a cost of £1 per person per workshop, which will go to Derian House (charity number 1005165) minus Eventbrite booking fee.
